October 2026 was a quiet month for new FiveM releases from our partner studios. AK4Y released one new resource, an interactive Pizza Restaurant Job, on 26 October. VMS shipped a fix to its housing system, and on 19 October it started a changelog for a resource it has not yet released, a gang system. Scully fixed a bug in its emote menu and logged the first version of a new vehicle radio. Pug, Tugamars and Kevin Scripts announced nothing new this month. Every item below is dated and taken from the studio's own public channel; the sources are listed at the end.

AK4Y: Interactable Pizza Job

AK4Y posted the Pizza Restaurant Job (ak4y-pizzaJob) on the Cfx.re forum on 26 October. Like the studio's earlier Interactable House Robbery from September, it is built on hands-on prop interaction rather than progress bars. Players make each order themselves:

  • Pizza preparation. Players knead and roll the dough as a minigame, spread the sauce and cheese, then place toppings with the mouse. Toppings snap onto the base in 3D, and the pizza model changes as they go on. The tablet on the counter holds the menu of fixed recipes, and the job also recognises freestyle pizzas.
  • Oven and sides. Pizzas go into a wood-fired oven on a baker's peel, with a baking countdown. There is also a deep fryer whose oil runs down and needs refilling, a soda fountain, and a tray that carries a pizza, fries and a drink together.
  • Orders and customers. Orders appear on kitchen display screens, colour-coded by urgency. NPC customers sit at tables, show what they ordered and how patient they are on a floating card, tip when served correctly and leave if the food takes too long. They also leave mess behind, so tables need clearing and floors need mopping.
  • Running the business. A manager's laptop opens or closes dine-in and delivery, tracks stock, orders ingredients from an NPC supplier van, shows revenue and holds the restaurant safe. Discord webhooks log safe transactions, supplier orders and deliveries.
  • Delivery. Couriers take branded mopeds to customers' doors around the city. A delivery can also be handed to an NPC courier for a fee.

The thread lists QBCore, Qbox and ESX, with ak4y-core shipped alongside the resource, and says the code is escrowed. Most of AK4Y's resources share that core. The studio's Spawn Selector V2 and Vending Machines, both sold here, need it too, and our spawn selector comparison explains what it does. The Pizza Job is not sold here yet. The AK4Y studio page lists what is.

VMS: Housing 1.5.1, and a gang system on the way

VMS Housing had a busy September and a small October. Version 1.5.0 (18 September) added a furniture positioning menu that takes exact coordinates and rotation values. It can copy one object's placement onto another, and you can switch between the menu and the drag gizmo. That release also reworked the LB Tablet integration for that tablet's latest version, and fixed a Property Creator bug that leaked settings between editing sessions. Version 1.5.1 followed on 7 October with a single fix: the coordinates menu no longer blocks the furniture purchase menu when Config.RequirePurchaseFurniture is false.

On 19 October VMS added a changelog file and a version entry for a new vms_gangsystem resource to its public changelog and version repositories. Both read version 1.0.0, with no release notes yet. Nothing about its features has been published, so we will cover it when VMS announces it.

Neither resource is sold here. The VMS resources that are include the Vehicleshop, Gym & Skills (see our setup guide) and the Tattoo Shop. The VMS studio page has the full lineup.

Scully: an emote menu fix and a vehicle radio

On 25 October Scully merged a fix into scully_emotemenu that stops the menu opening while the game is paused. If you run the menu, pull the latest commit from GitHub. Our emote menu guide covers setting it up and adding your own emotes.

A day earlier, on 24 October, Scully added a version-check file for a new resource, scully_vehicleradio, at version 1.0.0 with the note "Initial release". There has been no forum thread or feature list yet. Scully's Radio v2 is sold here and documented in our radio setup guide. The Scully studio page has the rest.

Nothing new from Pug, Tugamars or Kevin Scripts

Pug's most recent release thread is still Jobs/Business Creator 3.0 from June, and Tugamars' is Advanced TV Broadcast from August. Kevin Scripts has retired every resource sold here, as its studio page explains, so no updates to them are expected. Its newest release threads date from December 2025. If any of these studios publishes something in November, it will be in next month's roundup.
