VMS (Vames): FiveM Gyms, Shops, Showrooms and Spawns
VMS, which also trades as Vames, is a FiveM studio for the everyday places of a roleplay city: a gym, a barber, a tattoo parlour, clothing counters, vehicle showrooms and the first spawn after login. Most of its scripts turn those places into jobs players can own and run.

Everything VMS sells here.
VMS, in brief.
The studio has been publishing on the Cfx.re forum since 2022, when its barber resource first went up with ESX and QBCore builds, and its resource names still carry the vms_ prefix. Its current work reaches well past shops, into housing, needs, a city hall, garages and tuning, none of which is sold here.
VMS keeps a documentation site with install steps, compatibility notes, common errors and config previews for each resource, and it treats performance as a design goal: several listings publish resmon readings measured by the studio.
The VMS gym, shops and showrooms
- Gym & Skills is the VMS gym: memberships, workout stations and strength and condition stats that slip without training. It costs nothing here.
- Barber Shop and Tattoo Shop are a matched pair. Players own and staff a parlour while NPC staff keep the others open.
- Clothes Store runs outfitters, mask shops and jewellery counters from one resource.
- Vehicleshop is the VMS dealership: car, aircraft and boat showrooms from one install.
- Spawn Selector lets a joining player pick a start point from a camera tour of the city.
- Coin Shop sells supporter coins and cases in game.
- Weaponshop and Documents are finished builds. VMS lists both as outdated (Documents now has a separate V2) and updates neither.
Which frameworks each VMS resource runs on
VMS says most of its resources run on both ESX and QBCore, and that holds for everything above. None of them lists Qbox, and none runs standalone. The Spawn Selector download is an early build whose last-position option only works on ESX.
For appearance, the barber, tattoo and clothing resources expect one of esx_skin with skinchanger, qb-clothing, fivem-appearance or illenium-appearance.
Where to start with VMS
Gym & Skills is the low-risk opener: it lets you judge the studio's code and config before paying for anything. For new jobs, add the Barber Shop and Tattoo Shop together, as both mix player owners with NPC staff. On a new server, the Spawn Selector and Clothes Store shape a player's first minutes.
Latest from VMS
Asked about VMS.
Is VMS the same as Vames?
Yes. VMS is the short name the studio uses for its resources and store, and Vames is the same developer. That is why every resource is named with the vms_ prefix, such as vms_gym or vms_barber.
Where are the VMS docs?
VMS runs its own documentation site, organised per resource, with installation steps, compatibility tables, common errors, developer exports and a preview of each config file. The studio's support runs through tickets on its Discord.
Does VMS support Qbox?
Not for the resources here: each lists ESX and QBCore. Qbox shows up in the studio's newer systems, such as its needs and housing resources, which are not sold on this store.
Which VMS script should I buy first?
If you are trying the studio out, Gym & Skills costs nothing here. For player jobs, the Barber Shop and Tattoo Shop work the same way and pair well. The Weaponshop and Documents v1 no longer get updates, so buy them knowing that.
Are VMS updates included?
Yes. As with every resource here, a purchase covers updates for as long as VMS keeps shipping them, new major versions included. VMS has stopped work on two of the builds sold here, the Weaponshop and Documents v1, so those two stay as they are.
